Individual observations, reports and recommendations

  • In-lesson observation of student, staff consultation, student interview and comprehensive report

  • Each report will contain: bespoke recommendations, support strategies and identification of potential staff training opportunities

Training

One hour, or two hour staff training sessions, or half-day inset staff training. The following themes are available:

Outreach

  • Working with up to four identified students (per session) following their observation reports and assessment of needs

  • Delivering bespoke sessions (individually or group)

  • We recommend grouping students with similar profiles, in order to maximise the impact of the intervention

  • Targeting areas such as: resilience, social skills, emotional literacy and coping mechanisms

  • Entry and exit levels assessed, progress monitored and follow-on recommendations made in a summative report

Behaviour audit and comprehensive recommendation report

  • Can include:

  • Full SIMs diagnostic, identification of patterns and potential areas of focus

  •  Observation and monitoring of different cohorts, in order to identify areas for development

  • Impact analysis of current behaviour strategies and documentation

  • Analysis of environmental factors affecting behaviour across school

  • Assessment of efficacy of current support models

  • Evaluation of staff, student and parent voice
